Research project planning assistant
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the teaching planning and coordination of research courses for students aged 6 to 15 and adults (covering courses such as civil engineering and landscape design, domestic and foreign culture and history, engineering sciences such as trains and airplanes, sports specialties and handicraft specialties);
2. Flexibly adjust teaching time and content according to project arrangements to ensure teaching quality and implementation effect;
3. Plan publicity themes and activity adjustments based on the overall work objectives of the research and study department.
Job Requirements
1. Have relatively fixed and sufficient time to arrange course teaching;
2. Have depth of knowledge or passion for teaching in areas related to the course;
3. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to accept short-term business trips;
4. Cheerful, passionate about education, able to interact with children and good at inspiring their interest in learning;
5. Applicants with teaching or tutoring experience will be given priority. The company can also provide domestic and foreign courseware for the organization and extension of training courses;
6. Candidates who are proficient in English teaching and proficient in OFFICE software, short video editing, graphic design software, etc. are preferred;
7. Understand the operation modes of new media such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat official accounts, and be able to provide new media planning themes and plans based on the research and study market;

1. Responsible for providing professional explanation services to visitors and introducing the contents of the venue;
2. Interact with visitors, answer their questions, provide information and help;
3. Maintain order in the explanation area and ensure the safety and comfort of visitors;
4. Participate in the preparation and updating of teaching materials to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of teaching content;
5. Collect feedback from visitors and provide suggestions for improving the interpretation services.
Job Requirements
1. No age or gender restrictions, college degree or above;
2. Have good language expression and communication skills;
3. Have strong learning and adaptability, and be able to quickly grasp the content of the lecture;
4. Be approachable and able to build good relationships with visitors of different ages and backgrounds;
5. Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority. Students who love interpreting work are also welcome to work part-time. Applicants with outstanding performance can be transferred to full-time employees.
