On August 18, the first exhibition of the "Guangxi Peasant Painting Creation Tour" opened at the China National Academy of Painting Art Museum, and 209 colorful peasant paintings were full of vitality.

Guangxi peasant paintings are folk local art with a long history and tradition. They originate from the countryside and life, with vivid composition and distinctive style. The paintings exhibited this time are down-to-earth and passionate, focusing on the hot practice of rural revitalization, painting landscapes, talking about well-off life, celebrating the harvest, expressing homesickness, and showing happiness... From different angles, they show the magnificent picture of strong agriculture, beautiful countryside, and rich farmers, and express the passionate feelings of the working people in pursuing their dreams.

At the exhibition site, the colorful Guangxi peasant paintings attracted many visitors to stop and admire and take photos. They were amazed at the artistic expression of Guangxi peasant paintings and the dedication of the peasant painting authors, and expressed their desire to visit beautiful Guangxi. It is reported that the Beijing exhibition will last until August 24, and will then tour Baise, Liuzhou, Beihai and other places.

In recent years, Guangxi has vigorously implemented rural civilization and cultural benefit projects, insisted on combining "delivering culture" and "planting culture", and brought excellent cultural resources directly to the grassroots by organizing the Guangxi Farmers' Painting Competition and carrying out public welfare training and guidance, thus stimulating the motivation and vitality of Guangxi Farmers' Painting creation in the new era.

The exhibition is co-organized by the Publicity Department of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee and the China National Academy of Painting.
