From a shabby second-hand house to a fresh Korean style, how many twists and turns have been experienced, only I know! The total area is not large, only 81 square meters, and a family of four live in it. Insist on painting the whole house with white walls and gray soft furnishings. The overall temperament of modern simplicity is not amazing at first glance, but it is clean and comfortable!
Entrance:
The first space you enter is a simple foyer design. Originally, there was no independent partition and it looked old. Now the floor has been re-paved and the cabinets have been rebuilt. Glass sliding doors have been added to divide the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an extra dust collection area. The white cabinet is more attractive, and the storage table in the middle can be used to simply place items.
Dining room + kitchen:
The original built-in refrigerator cabinet design was removed and a spacious and transparent open space was recreated, allowing the entire kitchen to be seen at a glance.
The L-shaped layout has a cooking space on one side and a small walk-in space on the innermost side for placing various household appliances and storing some infrequently used items.
On the other side is a space large enough for a family of four to dine in. The staggered dining tables extending from the island are clean and tidy, giving the space a different aesthetic.
There is also a laundry room hidden inside the kitchen. In order to make full use of the small space, we designed the washing machine and dryer to be stacked up and down. In addition, the extra space was used to install shelves to store laundry detergent and various cleaning items.
living room:
The overall layout is relatively simple, which looks more spacious and provides the main place for children to play. The suspended TV cabinet stores books and children's toys.
The light strips embedded inside the ceiling illuminate the entire house. This is what it looks like when the lights are turned on. Isn’t it very bright?
bedroom:
There is a bedroom hidden behind the kitchen. The first thing you see when you open the sliding door is an open storage shelf, which can be used as a space for reading and resting.
The combination of the internal cabinet and dressing table and the reasonable layout in the center of the wardrobe effectively enhance the living comfort.
The balcony was transformed into a simple office space. It is close to the window, so there is no need to worry about ventilation and light.
Children's Room:
The child is still young and does not use many functions, so the room is simply laid out, with beds and necessary toy shelves. In addition, a sliding double-layer shelf is installed in the extra space to store various other sundries.
bathroom:
Although the space is small, it is well organized. A glass door is used to separate the washing area and the toilet area to prevent water splashing, and the dry and wet areas are separated in one step!
If we could vote, this house would definitely be the best template for a family of four living in a small apartment, right?
