As of the date of signing of the prospectus, Hangzhou Nature Science and Technology Co., Ltd. directly holds 100,000,000 shares of the company, accounting for 75.35% of the company's total share capital, and is the controlling shareholder of Qianyang Technology. The shareholding ratio of Nature's major shareholders is less than 30%, and the equity structure is relatively dispersed. There is no relationship, concerted action relationship or proxy holding between the major shareholders of Nature holding more than 5%, and Nature has no controlling shareholder. The company has no ultimate shareholder to form actual control over the company, so Qianyang Technology has no actual controller.
