On July 11, the 2024 Rongzhong Summer Summit, the Rongzhong 2024 New Quality Productivity Innovation Enterprise Summit, was held in Beijing. Among them, Fanrui Yihui from Gongyi City, Zhengzhou, Henan Province was selected as Rongzhong's 2023-2024 New Materials Industry Innovation Leading Enterprise, once again proving its leading position and strong strength in the industry.
Back in 2015, a few "science and engineering men" with passion and enthusiasm rented a shabby workshop in Gongyi, raised funds by themselves, rented a factory, bought equipment, and conducted scientific research. They emptied out all their savings and realized the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of three series of key technologies, many of which were used in "national heavy equipment".
When asked what the secret of their success is, Wu Heng, deputy general manager of Fanrui Yihui, said that the top priority is to "master core technologies."
Walking into the Fanrui Yihui exhibition hall, the reporter witnessed a "miracle" here - under the scorching of a flame spray gun exceeding one thousand degrees Celsius, when putting his hand on the back of the aerogel felt, he could hardly feel the temperature change.
What is this material? When the reporter was curious about the magical power of this material, Wu Heng explained that aerogel thermal insulation sheets are used for thermal insulation and flame retardancy between power battery cells, as well as thermal insulation and shockproof between modules and shells, thereby effectively achieving thermal safety management of batteries. When the thermal insulation performance requirement is 600℃, there are three companies that can compete with Fanrui Yihui. When the temperature is raised to 1100℃, only Fanrui Yihui can meet the requirement.
From overcoming the first batch of key core technology "bottleneck" research projects in national defense science and technology in 2021, to undertaking the preparation of high-temperature resistant components at the top of the "Flying" torch for the 2022 Winter Olympics, to now having 6 provincial R&D and innovation platforms, and successively undertaking more than 20 scientific research tasks such as major national projects and National Natural Science Foundation, the proud achievements are (continued on page 2)
