The event “Beijing under the Moonlight – Moonlight Cycling Season” was held.

Our reporter Lu Yanxia reported that yesterday afternoon, the "Beijing under the Moonlight - Moonlight Cycling Season" event was held, hosted by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and Beijing Gehua Media Group. This event uses cycling as a medium to deeply explore and showcase the unique charm of Beijing's nighttime cultural tourism and enrich the promotion of the "Beijing under the Moonlight" night tour recommendation guide.

Two cycling routes were set up for this event. Cycling enthusiasts set out from the Bell and Drum Tower Cultural Square in Dongcheng District. A group of "Buyi Class" cycling club members traveled through the streets and alleys to explore the charm of the Hutong. Their cycling routes not only connected key cultural landmarks such as the Bell and Drum Tower, Lama Temple, Imperial College, and Wen Tianxiang Temple, but also covered the capital's characteristic nighttime cultural tourism consumption gathering places such as Guijie, Shichahai, and Gulou East Street. During the cycling tour, cycling enthusiasts used GPS positioning to record the track map and drew the word "Beijing" through cycling.

Another group of cycling routes have theme-related cultural displays or interactive experiences along the way. Cycling enthusiasts can collect stamps at the Beijing Central Axis Theme Post Office in Hong'en Temple, experience Peking Opera interaction at Dianjiangchun Coffee Shop (Gulou Branch), and experience guqin, tea art, and button making at Meihou Sishi. There are also many cultural and tourism feature spots such as Peking University Red Building, Guijie Street, Yuge Hutong, and Confucius Temple, which give cycling enthusiasts a full sense of participation.
