In order to educate and guide young people to cultivate their patriotism, enhance their professional knowledge, increase their job practice experience and improve their employment competitiveness in social practice, students from the School of Business of Yancheng Normal University went to enterprises and other places to carry out the "Practice Dream Journey" job internship social practice activities in early August.
According to their professional interests and career plans, the team members went to Yancheng Yuxiong Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Weilian Water Conservancy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and other places for employment internships. After completing a series of professional training, the members clarified their own responsibilities and tasks, gained a deep understanding of industry trends and basic skills, took up jobs such as financial management, and participated in project operations, market research, technical seminars and other practical work, combining theoretical knowledge with practice. Through in-depth contact with the company's operating model and financial management process, they understand the forefront of industry and enterprise practice and help students truly apply what they have learned. In addition, the company arranges mentors to accompany the whole process, adopts personalized guidance and team discussions, evaluates the work performance of the trainees, assists in solving practical problems, stimulates in-depth thinking, and encourages business school students to explore the road of innovation.
The School of Business of Yancheng Normal University will further promote the work of practical education, optimize the mechanism of social practice activities, and form a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.
