Zhengzhou, August 17 (Chinanews.com) (Jing Xiaojia) The Entrepreneurship Leaders Special Event and the Award Ceremony of the Henan Division of the 4th Malanhua National Entrepreneurship Training Lecturer Competition were held in Zhengzhou on August 16. In 2020, the Chinese government proposed to implement the "Malanhua Plan" for vocational skills improvement and entrepreneurship training for all types of urban and rural workers who have entrepreneurial intentions and training needs. In the same year, the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the "Malanhua Plan" for Vocational Skills Improvement and Entrepreneurship Training", which clearly stated that through the implementation of the "Malanhua Plan", the entrepreneurship training work mechanism with government guidance, social participation, and entrepreneurs' independent choice will be improved and perfected.

Since the start of the entrepreneurship training program in 2004, Henan has basically formed a "ladder-type" training model and a "pyramid-type" teaching staff framework through various innovative measures, continuous improvement of the system, and optimization and adjustment of the project structure. Up to now, the province has 100 designated entrepreneurship training institutions of various types, 2,155 entrepreneurship training lecturers, and has trained 3.299 million trainees of various types, with the annual number of trainees ranking among the top in the country for many years.
