Recently, Guanhu Street in Longhua District, Shenzhen City, launched the "Light Up Micro Wishes" and celebrated the "August 1st" caring activities, focusing on the "micro" needs of retired soldiers in need, visiting and comforting them to solve "small" difficulties.
In the early stage of the activity, the micro-wishes of four retired soldiers in need were collected through information and field visits to understand their real needs, which improved their sense of happiness and satisfaction.
During the "August 1st" period, Guanhu Subdistrict, together with Yu Dajun, Vice President of Shenzhen Luzhou Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Shenzhen Junlian Electronics Co., Ltd., formed a dream-making group. They went door to door to deliver small "micro wishes" to four retired soldiers in need, wishing the veterans a happy holiday in a special way.
This "Micro Wish" activity is a concrete practice of giving full play to the role of social organizations in helping to serve and protect veterans. In the next step, Guanhu Subdistrict will continue to mobilize caring enterprises through various forms to help veterans solve their problems, actively pay attention to veterans, care for veterans in difficulties, and create a strong atmosphere of respect for soldiers.
