On August 15, the 2024 Compulsory Education Public School Leadership Appointment Conference and Pilot Principal Training Program of Jun'an Town, Shunde District, Foshan City was launched in the lecture hall of Wentian Middle School. The newly-appointed school-level leaders of 10 public primary and secondary schools in the town were awarded appointment letters, which indicates that the new school-level leadership team of primary and secondary schools in Jun'an Town has officially taken office.

Liu Jingyu, member of the Jun'an Town Party Committee, introduced that the new school-level leaders consist of 36 people with an average age of 42, which is 3 years younger than the previous term; 7 people are under 35 years old, accounting for 19.4%, which is nearly double the district's requirement of 10%, and the youngest is 31 years old; 21 people were born in the 1980s, accounting for 58.33%; 10 people were born in the 1985s, accounting for 27.78%; and most strikingly, there are 7 people born in the 1990s, accounting for 19.4%; 21 people have senior professional titles, accounting for 58.33%.
