At around 9:30 am on August 15, the dining car of the G1655 train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Xiamen North was unusually busy. People were queuing up not to eat, but to see the "expert clinic."
In the morning, five expert doctors from the Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology and Emergency Departments of Shanghai First People's Hospital came to the train to popularize summer health and hygiene knowledge for passengers and provide free health consultation services for common diseases.
"In hot weather, you sweat a lot. Not replenishing water will lead to high blood sugar." "Pay attention to details such as regular life, proper diet, regular medication, regular testing, and emotional stability." This year's high temperature weather has had some adverse effects on diabetic patients. Endocrinologist Chen Ruihua's table is surrounded by many passengers who come for consultation. Some passengers take out the physical examination reports on their mobile phones for consultation. Doctor Chen gives a professional analysis of the passengers' physical examination reports and proposes suggestions for subsequent treatment.
"This is a really good way to utilize my time. I can get my doctor checked while taking a car." After the consultation, Mr. Chen, a passenger, felt that he had gained a lot.
The reporter found that ophthalmology is the most popular. Summer is the peak season for conjunctivitis. In addition, many tourists bring their children to consult about myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia, strabismus, fundus and other problems. Ophthalmologist Zheng Zheng popularizes eye health knowledge to the consultants according to their different situations, tells them the commonly used eye drops prescriptions, and gives medical advice to tourists with more serious conditions.

It is reported that this free clinic is the first brand co-building activity carried out by the "Eastern Love" of the Shanghai Railway Passenger Transportation Section and the "Gongjixin" of the Shanghai First People's Hospital.
On the same day, the Shanghai Railway Passenger Transportation Section and the Shanghai First People's Hospital signed the "Gongjixin" and "Dongfangqing" brand co-construction agreements, and launched the "4+1" co-construction model, namely: conduct medical first aid skills training such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis and bandaging twice a year; conduct free train clinics such as eye care and common disease consultation twice a year; conduct joint learning and construction for volunteers who go to hospitals and high-speed railways twice a year; conduct health consultations to interpret employee physical examination reports once a year, and establish a brand interconnection and mutual assistance WeChat working group to explore new paths for online medical first aid support services.
"We are now working with hospitals in Shanghai to promote public welfare services and regularly conduct free medical consultations on high-speed railways. If we go one step further in service, passengers can go one step less," said He Qing, train captain of the Shanghai Passenger Transportation Section of the Railway.
Previously, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, Shanghai Eye Hospital and other hospitals have established cooperative relationships with the Shanghai Railway Passenger Transportation Section. This time, the scope of free medical consultations on the Shanghai High-speed Railway has been further expanded.
