Recently, CNMO noticed that many manufacturers have abandoned the curved screen design in their iterative models and returned to the "pure" straight screen.

According to the well-known whistleblower Digital Chat Station, all competing products of the Redmi K80 series, including the new OnePlus Ace series, the new realme Neo series, and the iQOO 13 series will adopt a straight screen design, and some models of the Redmi K80 series and iQOO 13 series will be equipped with 2K screens.

Previously, the OnePlus Ace series and Realme Neo series had generally adopted curved screen designs, but now they have "abandoned the curve and turned to straight screens". Moreover, the straight screens of these models are not the slightly curved straight screen design used in some flagship models, but pure straight screens.

Whether a straight screen or a curved screen is better has always been one of the key points of debate among netizens in the mobile phone industry. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, CNMO believes that the Redmi K series, OnePlus Ace series, realme Neo series, and iQOO digital series are all products that emphasize cost-effectiveness.
