The full name of ITC is "United States International Trade Commission". It is basically an organization that specifically keeps an eye on foreign companies and protects the interests of American companies. On the day after Biden took office, ITC announced that it had accepted the request of the American Amphenol Group to sue the Chinese company Luxshare Precision for patent infringement and launched a "337 investigation" against the latter.

At this point, many people may have understood that although this matter was dealt with in the name of "infringement", it was actually an example of American companies joining forces with American national agencies to try to use administrative means to suppress and blackmail Chinese companies.

In the past, companies such as Huawei and ZTE have all suffered similar suppression, but unlike those companies, this time Luxshare was closely targeted. After more than a year of investigation, the ITC recently announced the final ruling that Amphenol’s allegations were invalid and had been dismissed.

So the question is, why was this company able to escape unscathed under the joint siege of the US government and private enterprises? Could it be that the Biden administration’s attitude towards China has changed?

In fact, the reason is very simple. First of all, as a manufacturer of precision instruments, Luxshare Precision's strength lies mainly in the advantages of China's manufacturing industry.
