On August 14, the first flight of Nan'an City's unmanned manned aircraft and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Urban Air Traffic Operation Center project were held in the Zheng Chenggong Cultural Tourism Zone in Shijing Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province.
At the event, EHang delivered five EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft to Nan'an Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nan'an Transportation Group"), a subsidiary of Nan'an Energy, Industry and Trade Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. Chen Qian, member of the Standing Committee of the Nan'an Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, and other guests took the EH216-S and completed Nan'an's first manned flight at the landmark scenic spot, Zheng Chenggong Temple in Shijing.

As a participant of the first flight in Nan'an, Chen Qian, member of the Standing Committee of the Nan'an Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, shared her experience with reporters. She said: "The EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft takes off and lands very smoothly and flies very smoothly, which is more comfortable than traditional aircraft. In the air, you can feel the poetic and picturesque scenery of Nan'an and pursue the distant low altitude. This advanced air transportation will not only bring convenience to people's lives, but also inject new vitality into the development of new quality productivity in Nan'an City."
In July this year, Nan'an Transportation Group purchased five EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft from Ehang Intelligent, which are planned to be used for low-altitude sightseeing, urban transportation, urban emergency and other scenarios. With the support of governments at all levels and partners in Nan'an City, the EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft will be gradually put into operation in Zheng Chenggong Temple, Core Valley Wetland Park and other places, focusing on cultural tourism and other scenarios, helping Nan'an City to create a model for the development of county-level low-altitude economy.
At the first manned flight of the EH216-S unmanned aircraft in Nan'an City, Nan'an Low-altitude Economic Industry Development Service Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled, and multiple low-altitude economic projects were signed on site. The Nan'an Urban Air Traffic Operation Center project located in the Xingu Wetland Park in the Shijing area of Quanzhou South Wing National High-tech Zone also officially started construction, conveying Nan'an's determination and courage to build a low-altitude economic ecology.

The theme of this event, "Low altitude has arrived, successful departure", is not just a slogan, but also a practical action for Nan'an City to seize new opportunities in the low-altitude economy, accelerate the development of new quality productivity, and cultivate new advantages and new momentum for development.
