Huafa Geometry (Beijing Yuanyibai Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2015. It is a manufacturer focusing on small pet smart home appliances. The Mijia smart fish tank, which is exclusively cooperated with Xiaomi for a single SKU, has sold 800,000 units, ranking first in the domestic smart fish tank category.
People in fast-paced cities pay more attention to the practicality of pet keeping. Compared with cats and dogs, they prefer small pets and aquariums that are easy to care for. In the 350 billion pet track, small pets and aquariums account for 25%. Huafa Geometry entered the smart home market from the aquarium pet scene, and pioneered an integrated fish tank, which includes water quality management, water temperature management, smart feeding and other necessary units for fish farming in one space. Huafa Geometry provides a variety of ways to play around the fish tank landscaping, such as providing fish tank landscapes such as South American dead trees, Lego blocks, rivers and valleys, integrating viewing + pet keeping + education functions.

In terms of user groups, Wang Jianfeng believes that Huafa Geometry is not targeting the existing fish farming market, but the incremental market. In the ecosystem of Huafa Geometry, in addition to the main smart fish tank, it also includes consumables, accessories and other products. According to Huafa Geometry, the bundling rate of just-needed consumables is 80%, and the gross profit is 60%. Focusing on the closed-loop ecosystem of fish farming, Huafa Geometry has established a fish farming community and added community operations such as point redemption and membership gameplay.
In terms of market expansion, Huafa Geometry will enter the Japanese market this year and gradually expand into the European and American offline channel markets; in terms of product matrix, in addition to fish, Huafa Geometry will expand into small pets (hamsters, reptiles, etc.) products.
