Average daily product output: It is calculated by dividing the total output of industrial enterprises above designated size announced in that month by the number of calendar days in that month.
The output data in the report are all statistically based on large-scale industries, and the statistical scope is industrial enterprises with annual main business income of RMB 20 million and above.
Since the scope of industrial enterprises above a certain size changes every year, in order to ensure that this year's data is comparable with that of the previous year, the same period numbers used to calculate the year-on-year growth rate of various indicators such as product output are consistent with the current period's enterprise statistical scope, and there are differences in caliber from the data released last year.
The import data comes from the General Administration of Customs, of which the data for July 2024 are flash data.
4. Natural gas unit conversion relationship: 1 ton is approximately equal to 1,380 cubic meters.
