On the afternoon of August 15, at the 2024 Boao Health, Culture and Tourism Conference, Pang Ying, deputy general manager of Liantou Real Estate and executive director of Youle Commercial, said: "Local state-owned enterprises are tied to cities, and we must create value for cities."
Talking about the company's positioning, she said: "Local state-owned enterprises should be positioned as a bridge between the government and the industry. A lot of policies have been introduced in the past two years. It takes a process for these policies to reach the market, enterprises, and industries, but a lot of information has been ignored in this process. We hope to re-sort, interpret, and provide feedback on this information."
Regarding the current business model of real estate + health care, Pang Ying said: "Chinese people still hope to own property rights. If you can provide services, sell a space to the other party, and pass it on, this model is valid. It just depends on how the accounts are calculated." Pang Ying mentioned, "At present, many models are borrowed from the real estate sector. We cannot be separated from real estate. We must be tied to real estate and promote it according to the real estate + health care model."
"With relatively little investment, we have made space, manpower and content complex, laying the foundation for sustainable development and long-term operation, which is a highlight of our current work." She said, "The real estate sales stage is both a cultivation period and an incubation period. We hope to promote asset appreciation through continuous operation, and then feed back to the real estate and serve the owners."
Pang Ying said that she hopes to leverage the advantages of the state-owned enterprise platform and find a healthy development path with the industry. We are in a good era, and every individual can shine, so I also hope that everyone will put aside the filter of local state-owned enterprises, look at them objectively, and shine together to form a dazzling starry sky.
