Recently, Shenzhen Mingcheng Private Equity Securities Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingcheng Private Equity") registered with the Asset Management Association of China (hereinafter referred to as "AMAC"). Information disclosed by the China Securities Investment Fund Association shows that Mingcheng Private Equity was established in 2023, has 6 full-time employees, and manages a scale of 0-500 million yuan. The main investor of the institution is Rancho, with a subscribed ratio of 60%; Luo Junhong and Shenzhen Shengshi Qihang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed 30% and 10% respectively.

Public information shows that Rancho graduated from Tsinghua University and joined Bosera Fund in 2010. He has served as a researcher, assistant fund manager and other positions. He has served as a fund manager since 2015. He has managed many funds including Bosera Advanced Manufacturing Mixed Fund, Bosera Military Industry Theme Stock Fund, and Bosera High-end Equipment Mixed Fund.
