On August 15, the 22nd "Chunshu Cup" Beijing Community Peking Opera Amateur Competition was officially opened in Anhui Guild Hall. Chunshu Community is the birthplace of Peking Opera culture. In the ancient Anhui Guild Hall, an opening ceremony performance that showcased the cultural heritage of Peking Opera kicked off the competition.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Chunshu Subdistrict, Xicheng District, and organized by Tianqiao Shengshi Investment Group. The opening ceremony kicked off with the performance of "Only This Chunshu·Source", in which 13 actors played Peking Opera characters in "Thirteen Wonders of Tongguang", as if they had walked out of a painting. Afterwards, the interactive experience drama "Huiban Entering Beijing" and the classic Peking Opera aria "Dingjun Mountain" led the audience to experience the charm of Peking Opera art. The opening ceremony performance also reflected the inheritance of Peking Opera art. The joint singing of "Masters & New Stars" fully demonstrated the adherence to the orthodoxy and innovation of contemporary Peking Opera artists. The performance of Peking Opera masters and new stars on the same stage showed the young people's attention and love for traditional art, and "Peking Opera Boys" allowed Peking Opera children to appear on stage and show their solid basic skills.

Since then, the 22nd "Chunshu Cup" Beijing Community Peking Opera Amateur Competition has officially opened. This year's competition has adult group, children group, international amateur group and other categories, among which the international amateur group is newly added in this competition. From August to September, the "Chunshu Cup" will provide a platform for the majority of opera fans to show themselves and exchange skills, and will subsequently carry out a friendly performance of excellent works.
