On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the UAE, under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, in order to effectively stimulate the innovative vitality of high-growth markets in the Global East and the Global South, gain insight into the key forces leading global economic development between regions, and promote trade and investment, the second SuperBridge Summit will be held again in Dubai, UAE from October 15 to 16, 2024.
As Dubai's official cross-border global leaders summit platform, the SuperBridge Summit is co-hosted by Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) and SuperBridge Council under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and is also the summit partner of GITEX GLOBAL, the world's largest technology exhibition. This summit will bring together global leaders with forward-looking thinking and action, inviting 800 leaders from more than 60 countries in industry, investment, policy and multilateral organizations, culture and education, and action-oriented entrepreneurs and industry leaders to participate in the conference to deeply discuss and shape future economic and technological trends.
The first Super Bridge Summit in 2023
The second SuperBridge Summit is themed "Innovate for Next Gen" and is committed to providing an excellent stage for future stars from the East and South to leverage the Middle East and face the world. This summit is committed to transmitting first-hand insights from frontline action leaders directly to the world's most well-known investment decision makers, policymakers and industry leaders, and working together to create a new generation of innovation. Participants from Asia, the Gulf countries, Latin America, Africa and other economies with the largest populations, the youngest population structures and the fastest growth in the world will have exciting fireside conversations and roundtable discussions on advanced manufacturing, smart infrastructure, energy technology, healthcare, life sciences, digital assets, financial technology and other fields during the two-day agenda. They will share their insights based on the unique potential of fast-growing economies on structural trends that have a profound impact on the future development of global markets, such as emerging economic forces, technological changes in cutting-edge industries, lifestyles and well-being of the new generation, leadership of the new generation, and future intergenerational wealth and investment.
The first SuperBridge Summit held in 2023 attracted representatives from 57 countries around the world, more than 400 chairmen and CEOs and more than 2,000 senior corporate decision makers. Among them, 58 top investors, business people, policy makers and cultural leaders from different fields, including 7 ministerial spokespersons from the UAE, China, Egypt and other countries, shared their insights and forward-looking vision.
