Shandong will launch 100 rural new energy vehicle activities, with consumer vouchers worth up to 5,000 yuan available this week

On August 16, the "2024 Shandong New Energy Vehicle 100 Rural Events" with the theme of "Smart Life and Green Countryside" will be launched at the New Mart Plaza in Zouping City, Binzhou. Through a variety of exhibition and sales activities and supporting policies, consumers will be able to share a consumption "benefit".
In order to thoroughly implement the work requirements and arrangements of the provincial party committee, provincial government, Binzhou party committee and municipal government on the trade-in of consumer goods and the "2024 Shandong Consumption Promotion Year", Zouping City raised special funds to distribute 130 automobile consumption coupons at the event site. The purpose is to further play the multiplier effect of bulk consumption, expand the scale of automobile consumption, and prosper the consumption industry through fiscal subsidies.
According to the rules for issuing consumer vouchers, individual consumers need to purchase new passenger cars (non-commercial vehicles) in Zouping City between 10:00 on August 17 and 18:00 on August 19, and get an immediate discount of 5,000 yuan for each car purchased for RMB 200,000 (inclusive) or more; an immediate discount of 3,000 yuan for each car purchased for RMB 100,000 (inclusive) to RMB 200,000 (excluding); and an immediate discount of 2,000 yuan for each car purchased for less than RMB 100,000.
In addition, this consumption voucher brings a total of three subsidy standards, namely 62 2,000 yuan consumption vouchers (usable for swiping card payments of 10,000 yuan), 63 3,000 yuan consumption vouchers (usable for swiping card payments of 20,000 yuan), and 5 5,000 yuan consumption vouchers (usable for swiping card payments of 30,000 yuan). Consumers can enjoy corresponding subsidy rights and interests based on the standards.
To ensure the fair distribution and effective use of automobile consumption vouchers, this event adopts a "first come, first served" rule. Consumers who meet the subsidy standards do not need to grab coupons. They can use UnionPay cards starting with card number 62 to pay at participating merchants in Zouping City using UnionPay POS machines according to the corresponding full-discount policy to enjoy the benefits on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
During the period of automobile consumption voucher distribution, Zouping City will work together with all parties to work with event organizers and automobile companies to effectively promote automobile consumption upgrades and benefit consumers through the superposition and sharing of policies such as "old for new + consumption vouchers + profit sharing".
The issuance of special automobile consumption vouchers is an important measure for Zouping City to actively respond to the national policy orientation. The activity will effectively promote the two-way development of our city’s consumers and automobile industry through the methods of "government guidance, corporate concessions, and financial support."
