Beijing News Beike Finance (Reporter Luo Yidan) On August 14, Ant Group Vice President and CTO He Zhengyu and other key technical leaders of the group gathered at the company’s newly established Innovation and Technology Headquarters in Haidian District, Beijing, to introduce the next new research goals and directions.
The Innovation and Technology Headquarters consists of four business entities, one of which is the Ant Technology Research Institute. Dean Chen Wenguang introduced on the spot that the Technology Research Institute will carry out research work towards future phenomenal milestone research goals and undertake exploration in directions with high uncertainty. He identified the two frontier directions of "breaking through the core technology of data elements" and "exploring new boundaries of artificial intelligence", and said that it is necessary to tackle related technologies including editable real-time generative artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence and intelligent robots, data storage, high-performance real-time graph computing technology, and dense computing, so as to reserve future strength for Ant's technological innovation.
Another business entity of the Innovation Technology Headquarters is the newly established "Digital Ant Power", which focuses on the AI to B market and will use artificial intelligence technology to serve corporate operations. Zhou Yun, chairman of Digital Ant Power, told reporters that the company is an important business practice of Ant Group in exploring the implementation of artificial intelligence in the industry. It currently mainly provides three types of corporate services: intelligent customer service and marketing services, intelligent operation services, and intelligent technology services. "We hope to help companies transform their operations digitally and upgrade their intelligence, and bring new ideas and new strength to the AI enterprise service market."
In addition, the other two entities of the Innovation Technology Headquarters and their executives: OceanBase CEO Yang Bing and Ant Digital CTO Wang Wei also introduced the company's latest situation. Wang Wei said that Ant Digital will continue to deepen its industrial blockchain and promote cutting-edge scientific research such as AI and security technology based on Beijing.
