Data map
The reporter learned from Tianjin Airlines that 13 passengers (including one infant) needed to transfer to Tongliao via this flight that day, but the previous flight they were on was delayed due to weather reasons, resulting in insufficient transfer time. Tianjin Airlines immediately launched an emergency transfer service and arranged special personnel to guide the 13 passengers to board the plane quickly. The flight finally took off later than planned. Afterwards, some passengers complained and reflected related issues. Tianjin Airlines sincerely apologized to the passengers and actively communicated with them. No agreement has been reached on the compensation claims raised by some passengers, and they will keep in touch with the passengers and continue to communicate.
