During the conference, the China Battery Industry Association and Tianjin University will jointly release the "Special Battery Industry Development White Paper" on site to guide the development norms and future direction of the special battery industry. "We will also hold a dialogue on special battery technology and development trends to discuss the promotion of innovation and application, cooperation and development of special battery technology." Liu Zhongbo said that the dialogue will also be committed to discussing the importance of formulating national standards and industry standards for special batteries, in order to improve the special battery technology standard system and promote the full standardization of the entire industry.
In addition, 24 projects will be signed at the conference, with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan, including two projects with an investment of more than 5 billion yuan, covering new energy battery fields such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and hydrogen fuel cells.
It is understood that in the first half of this year, Shandong's installed capacity of renewable energy power generation has historically exceeded 100 million kilowatts, making it the first province in China's eastern coastal area to have installed capacity of renewable energy exceeding 100 million kilowatts. By the end of July, the province's installed capacity of renewable energy power generation reached 102 million kilowatts, accounting for 46%, and will exceed coal-fired power generation by the end of the year.
