The 9 illegal apps are: Durian Campus, Lazy Circle Marriage and Romance, New Vision, Neighbor Life, Bashu Cloud School, Palm Pregnancy Doctor, Global Travel Designated Driver, Yibaifen, and Yudi Cloud. The issues involved are illegal collection of personal information, excessive collection of personal information, failure to clearly state the rules for handling personal information, and forced, frequent, and excessive requests for permissions by apps.
The nine apps with problems should complete rectification work before August 6. Those who fail to do so within the deadline will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
The Chongqing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reminds you to remember to download APPs through official channels and try not to download them from third-party external links. When the APP is not in use, log out of the account or cancel the account authorization in time.
