On December 29, 2018, at the end of the year, a company named "Beijing Gongqingcheng Commercial Group Co., Ltd." was registered. On March 20, 2019, the registered capital of Gongqingcheng Commercial Group increased from 100 million to 500 million. In September of that year, the legal representative was replaced by Zhao. But it was later proved that Wang Likun and Zhan Haoli had indeed registered and obtained a marriage certificate during that period. What she could not have imagined was that she had married a "fake rich man". During the marriage, Zhan Haoli officially began to commit fraud.

"Shuangquan Jiayuan" is a resettlement housing community, officially named the "Jingchang Road Wedge Green Space Tower Courtyard Slum Renovation Project". It was demolished and vacated in August 2015, and construction officially started in May 2017. In the following two years, Zhan Haoli used the alias "Ouyang" and served as a co-producer in several film and television dramas. To this day, this name can still be seen in these film and television dramas. This proves that Zhan Haoli is the leader behind the scenes, and Zhao Mouzhen is a nominal shareholder.

Fast forward to August 8, 2024, when Zhan Haoli, Zhao and others appeared in court for trial, according to the prosecution's charges, Zhan Haoli defrauded 1.39 billion yuan, of which about 860 million yuan involved retail home buyers, and another 100 million yuan in investment funds from the above-mentioned Magily boss.
