Publisher Just For Games and developer Little Sewing Machine have delayed the animated horror game Bye Sweet Carole from its originally planned 2024 release window to 2025. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (viaSteam) is available for sale.

“We’ve worked hard to make a beautiful and emotional game, but as anyone who’s ever made a game knows, it’s not easy," the developer said in an update. "That’s why we’ve made the difficult decision to delay the release of Goodbye Sweet Carol until 2025. This will give us plenty of time to continue improving the gameplay and art quality that will make you fall in love with this project from the very beginning.”

Because of this, we decided to spend more time expanding our game and further improving all the elements that made you fall in love with this project.

We’re taking the game to the next level on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series, with a release expected in 2025.
