On August 13, China Vanke Co., Ltd. (Vanke A, 000002.SZ) issued an announcement on cooperating with professional investment institutions to invest in funds.

The announcement shows that recently, Vanke's subsidiaries Hainan Wanju Yingtong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wanju Yingtong"), Shenzhen Vanke Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Vanke") and CITIC Jinshi Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CITIC Jinshi"), CITIC Securities Investment Co., Ltd., and Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. signed the "Vanxin Jinshi (Nanjing) Commercial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Contract" (referred to as the "Limited Partnership Contract"), and jointly invested in the establishment of the "Vanxin Jinshi (Nanjing) Commercial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (referred to as "CITIC Vanke Consumer Infrastructure Fund"), which will be used to invest in Vanke's Shenzhen Longgang Vanke Plaza and Beijing Jiugong Vanke Plaza projects.

The announcement disclosed that the fund's fundraising scale was RMB 2.234 billion, of which Taikang Life Insurance subscribed 35%, CSI Investment and CITIC Jinshi subscribed 8.95%, and Vanke Group subscribed 56.05% temporarily. It will subsequently transfer 36.05% of the subscribed shares to other institutions.
