The developer said the sequel will have an advanced melee combat system and a variety of firearms. Stealth or seeking help from others is also an option. Each of the main characters' companions is a potential mentor, ready to share their knowledge and skills. Build your team and discover their unique strengths and abilities.
Planewalking allows players to change equipment and build at any time. In addition, players can develop multiple character skill sets. Base expansion is also important, players can craft valuable items and upgrade weapons every day. Assign tasks to NPCs to ensure they take care of your equipment and supplies.
In Chernobyl 2, players will compete for influence and negotiate with factions in the game. The Exclusion Zone is a battlefield that changes daily and reacts to your actions. Probably the biggest new addition is online co-op. Dedicated missions are reportedly embedded in the single-player campaign, allowing players to interact in a variety of ways.
