Wang Xinwei, deputy secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, pointed out that with the joint efforts of all parties this year, the city's disposal of idle land and suspended real estate projects has made new progress, and a number of key projects have resumed work and production. At the same time, it must be noted that the disposal task is still arduous due to multiple factors such as the real estate market.
Wang Xinwei said that we must adhere to the combination of revitalizing existing stocks and curbing new stocks, solving problems and establishing rules and regulations, and combining the government's "visible hand" with the market's "invisible hand", maintain tenacity, hard work and courage, and continue to fight hard to deal with idle land and suspended real estate projects. Specifically, we must strengthen classified measures, conduct in-depth analysis of the causes and identify the crux of the problem. For projects that have resumed work, we must provide full life cycle services to form a continuous physical volume and investment volume. For projects that are planned to resume work and production, undergo judicial disposal, demolish illegal buildings, and reclaim land, we must accelerate the disposal process in accordance with laws and regulations.
We must strengthen the coordination between the government and the courts, effectively enhance the legal thinking, adhere to the "one case, one special team" approach, and comprehensively use civil and commercial trials, bankruptcy disposal, and diversified resolution of contradictions and disputes to promote the expeditious disposal of legal and litigation projects.
