The National Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System shows that on August 6, Sanming Shaxian District Snack Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaxian Snack Culture and Tourism Group) added a new change: the chairman (legal representative) was changed from Tong Youjian to Cao Yongkang.


On the same day (August 6), a subsidiary of Shaxian Snacks Culture and Tourism Group——Shaxian Snacks Group Co., Ltd. also added a number of new changes: the legal representative was changed from Tong Youjian to Wu Kaiqi, and the general manager was changed from Tong Youjian to Zhang Jiongling, etc.

China News Service noted that on July 26, the Shaxian District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision reported thatTong Youjian, chairman of Shaxian District Snack Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of duty and is currently under investigation by the Shaxian District Supervisory Committee.

According to his resume, Tong Youjian was born in September 1968, has a bachelor's degree, and started working in August 1989. From April 2020 to August 2021, he served as general manager of Fujian Shayang Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. From August 2021 to December 2023, he served as chairman and general manager of Shaxian District Snack Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. From December 2023 to July 2024, he served as chairman of Shaxian District Snack Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. In July 2024, he was dismissed from office.

Earlier, some media called Shaxian Snacks Group Co., Ltd., and relevant personnel said that the company's operations are currently normal, and the investigation of senior executives has no impact on business development.
