Duration Finance News, on August 9, AVIC International Leasing Co., Ltd. (AVIC International Leasing Co., Ltd., referred to as "AVIC International Leasing") issued an announcement stating that it has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited for the listing of US$3,500,000,000 guaranteed medium-term notes and perpetual capital securities within 12 months from August 9, 2024 and only by issuing debt securities to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited). Details are detailed in the offering circular published on August 9, 2024. It is expected that the listing of the plan will take effect on August 12, 2024.
