China Workers' Network News (Workers' Daily-China Workers' Network reporter Zhang Chong and correspondent Zhou Shiwei) Recently, the Hubei Division Finals of the 3rd "SF Cup" National Job Skills Competition organized by Hubei SF Union was successfully concluded at the Workers' Cultural Palace in Dongxihu District, Wuhan. After several rounds of competition, a total of 21 players won individual awards in this game, and 10 teams won team awards.
This skill competition mainly examines the business theoretical knowledge reserves and practical skills of employees in collection and delivery positions, warehouse management positions, transfer positions, and driver positions. There are four major assessment links: the strongest brain in the theoretical competition, and business PK, eagle eyes, simulated package building, and packaging master in the practical competition. A total of 120 employee representatives from Wuhan and second-tier cities came to the competition site and were divided into four groups, ABCD, to compete.
It is reported that since the first "SF Cup" National Job Skills Competition was held in 2022, it has always been committed to "strengthening skills, improving quality, optimizing services, and promoting services", using skills competitions as a starting point to continuously improve employees' standardized operations and business skills, and provide the general public with more efficient, more convenient, and better services. The winners of the Hubei finals will represent the Hubei region in the third "SF Cup" national finals.
Relevant persons in charge from Wuhan National Defense Research Labor Union, Wuhan Dongxihu District Federation of Trade Unions, Wuhan Postal Administration, Wuhan Express Industry Trade Union Federation, and Hubei SF Express Co., Ltd. attended the event.
