Beijing News (Reporter Ye Hongmei) On August 12, the "Civilized Dog Raising and Pampering" cartoon IP pictogram collection activity hosted by the Capital Civilization Office was officially launched. From now until September 11, excellent ideas will be collected from the whole society. The final IP image will also be transformed into results, and derivative cultural and creative products will be produced, WeChat emoticons will be designed, etc., to form a unified identification symbol, and continuously enhance citizens' awareness of civilized dog raising.
The theme of the solicitation is "Civilized Dog Raising and Pampering", and requires the creation and design of cartoon IP images that reflect civilized dog raising behavior. The work type is a graphic work, which can be presented with design elements such as hand-drawn animation and copyrighted materials. The work must submit vector graphics, three views of the image and a description of the work, explaining the name of the IP image, design ideas and concept connotations.
