The government-guided fund is seeking further changes.

Recently, Zhejiang Specialized, Advanced, and New (Wenzhou) Fund of Funds issued an announcement on the public selection of the first batch of sub-fund management institutions. According to the announcement, the fund of funds has achieved a new breakthrough in the return of investment requirements for sub-funds: the return ratio for specialized, advanced, and new enterprises in Zhejiang Province is not less than 1 times, and the investment amount in Wenzhou City and Guangdong Province is not less than 0.4 times the actual payment amount of the specialized, advanced, and new fund of funds to sub-funds, setting a record for the lowest return ratio in the industry.

The reporter noticed that the reason why this mother fund has three return investment regions is because it is a mother fund established through cross-regional cooperation. It is understood that this fund was jointly initiated and established by Guangdong Yueke Financial Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Industrial Fund and Wenzhou Industrial Development Fund, with a fund size of 3 billion yuan, and Guangdong Yueke Mother Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd. as the manager.

According to the reporter's analysis, this type of government-run mother fund established through cross-provincial cooperation is not common in the current local "fund investment promotion", but there is an increasing trend of provincial and municipal cooperation and multiple local guiding funds investing in a sub-fund at the same time. Industry insiders believe that under the strong demand for "fund investment promotion" in various places, the cross-regional cooperation to achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win investment model may become the new normal for local investment promotion in the future.
