(hereinafter referred to as “Bona Precision”).

According to the regulatory letter, on June 28, 2023, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange accepted the application of Bona Precision for initial public offering and listing on the Growth Enterprise Market recommended by CITIC Securities (600030.SH). Xie Bowei and Zhang Qiang, as the project sponsors, and Pan Chuanyun and Wu Yiyu, as the project signing certified public accountants, were found to have violated regulations during their practice, such as inadequate implementation of the Erecton verification procedures for the issuer's main customers and failure to conduct prudent verification of abnormal situations found during the visit.

The Shenzhen Stock Exchange pointed out that the prospectus and the response to the review inquiry showed that LLC PTC Erecton (Erecton for short) is a trading client of the issuer. During the reporting period, Erecton and its three related parties conducted transactions with the issuer and have become the issuer's top five customers and the largest overseas customer since 2021.
