Recently, under the guidance and full support of the Anti-Smuggling Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Government, the Anti-Smuggling Propaganda and Education Youth Volunteer Service Team jointly established by the Anti-Smuggling Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Government and the School of Fine Arts of Hangzhou Normal University launched the social practice of anti-smuggling propaganda during the summer vacation.
Through the perspective of students, the practice team brings anti-smuggling knowledge to the masses in a more appropriate and intimate way, and enhances everyone's anti-smuggling awareness; with entering the campus as the core, it extends to the four outwards to carry out the "five-in" anti-smuggling activities, taking campus students as the starting point, leading a family, connecting the entire society, and ultimately achieving a great social pattern of "all people fighting against smuggling, you and I participate together."

The 20-day, intense and fulfilling itinerary covered 9 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province, including Hangzhou, Quzhou, Jinhua, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Jiaxing, Zhoushan, Ningbo, and Lishui, 11 counties, districts, and townships, and went deep into 7 universities, successfully carrying out more than 10 publicity activities and 13 publicity activities. The anti-smuggling publicity and publicity activities were supported by the local anti-smuggling office, customs, customs anti-smuggling bureau, market supervision bureau and other units, giving the members of the volunteer service publicity team the opportunity to have in-depth exchanges and learning with local anti-smuggling staff. This provides rich materials for the team's future creation and deepening of anti-smuggling picture books, short videos, and teaching plans.
Under the scorching heat of nearly 40 degrees Celsius, the volunteer service team members carried out various publicity and education activities, such as holding a themed lecture on "All People's Anti-Smuggling, Stay Away from Scams" at Wanda Mall in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou, conducting publicity activities at the Friendship Community Center Square in Jiabei Street, Jiaxing City, and face-to-face exchanges at the homes of villagers in Ningbo Fishing Village. They used easy-to-understand language to describe the harm of smuggling, share skills to identify smuggled goods, and ways to report smuggling. During the entire summer social practice, the volunteer service team members distributed more than 5,000 pieces of publicity materials, collected more than 300 anti-smuggling knowledge popularization questionnaires, and reached 50,000 people, effectively enhancing the public's awareness of the harm of smuggling.
This summer social practice activity of anti-smuggling publicity has been reported by many news media. The members of the volunteer service team look forward to contributing more youthful strength to anti-smuggling publicity and education, and also hope that more aspiring young people will join the ranks of anti-smuggling publicity and education, and jointly build an anti-smuggling Great Wall to guard the country's borders and maintain our beautiful homeland!
