In view of the current situation of low education and low professional skills of retired soldiers, combined with the actual development of the Group and the actual employment needs of various departments and subsidiaries, we actively developed more than 30 jobs such as property project supervisors, drivers, quality inspectors, and document clerks, fully supported the preferential resettlement work, and completed the resettlement task excellently.
Comprehensively improve the level of support for the military and preferential treatment for veterans
Solidly carry out various activities to do practical things for retired soldiers, and insist on integrating "learning party history, understanding ideas, doing practical things, and opening a new situation" into daily life. Innovatively organize military support activities, hold a series of activities such as Spring Festival, July 1, and August 1 visits and condolences. The group leaders lead the team to visit and condole more than 30 preferential and relief recipients in total; innovate the work of supporting the army. According to the guidance of the District Veterans Affairs Leading Group Office, counselors are arranged for retired soldiers. The method of "master leading apprentice" is adopted to implement one-on-one counseling, and ideological and political counseling, work and business counseling, career planning counseling, psychological adjustment counseling, etc. are carried out, so that the resettled soldiers can fully feel the warmth of the organization; take the initiative to help do practical things, comprehensively cover and deeply understand the actual difficulties of retired soldiers. The group coordinates various relief resources to provide assistance and relief to families of soldiers who are in trouble due to illness, and enhance the political honor, organizational belonging and happiness of retired soldiers.
Comprehensively create a good atmosphere of patriotism and support for the military
We will carry forward the glorious tradition of patriotism and support for the military, organize on-site educational activities at martyrs' cemeteries, memorial halls, and national defense and patriotism education bases. In conjunction with the "August 1" Army Day and the group's annual commendation activities, we will select outstanding veterans and organize veterans' symposiums, actively creating a good atmosphere of "valuing, respecting, and honoring the military" throughout the group.
