The number of application services of the new version of UFIDA BIP has increased to 564, the number of intelligent services has increased to 108, and the number of data services has increased to 50. In addition, at the conference, the YonGPT 2.0 enterprise service model of Yonyou was officially released. YonGPT 2.0 bridges the gap between "complex enterprise application requirements" and "general large models". It is a vertical large model that deeply understands enterprise services and has become a new engine for enterprise AI applications. At present, based on YonGPT 2.0, Yonyou BIP has three important products, namely "Smart Friends", "Digital Employees", and "Smart Big Search", which are based on Agent, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and RAG application framework, as well as more than 100 scenario-based enterprise intelligent services including smart contracts, smart order generation, smart monthly settlement, AI interviews, and smart talent discovery.

During the interview, Fan Guanjun told NetEase Technology that the key points of Yonyou's artificial intelligence strategy are Zhiyou, Digital Employees, and Smart Search. Zhiyou allows every enterprise user to have an intelligent assistant, which has contextual memory, can perceive and understand user intentions, and can decompose complex tasks into a series of subtasks. Users only need to have a simple conversation with "Zhiyou" to easily complete a series of tedious business operations; Digital Employees, as the name suggests, equip each enterprise with virtual employees with professional skills, who can undertake work in professional fields, have images, voices, names, and user identities, just like real employees; Smart Search is a full-process enterprise knowledge accompaniment service product, which provides enterprises with new enterprise-level knowledge management solutions such as document library, search, and intelligent question and answer based on YonGPT, realizing full-process knowledge accompaniment in business processes.

For example, China Mining has built a financial "digital employee" based on YonGPT. China Mining needs to submit fixed-format statements or reports to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on a regular basis to report on the company's financial and operating conditions. The work that originally took 180 minutes to complete manually now only takes 1 minute to complete, greatly improving efficiency while achieving standardization, refinement, and precision of financial work.

According to the conference, as of now, 58,000 large and medium-sized enterprises have chosen UFIDA BIP to promote digital transformation and upgrading. UFIDA has reached group-level enterprise software cooperation with 74 central enterprises, including heavyweight customers such as State Investment Group, China Merchants Group, China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, China Ordnance Industry Group, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Three Gorges Group, China Telecom, COFCO Group, China Logistics, China Life, and CITIC Group.
