99㎡ Minimalist Apartment | Olga Khovanskaya

A 99-square-meter house located in Moscow, Russia, was designed by designer Olga Khovanskaya for a young couple. The overall style of the house is modern minimalist. The sofa in the living room is placed against the wall, and the diatom mud wall is matched with the dark wooden floor to create a natural sense of comfort.

The entrance of the restaurant is close to the hallway. The L-shaped layout integrates the cabinets with the storage cabinets in the hallway, thus freeing up a lot of space that can be used flexibly. The dark wood veneer is warm and modern, and it matches the restaurant's simple lines and brass elements, which is simple and elegant without losing taste.

The wooden veneer extends outward to the entrance, and the dark marble floor echoes the cabinet surface, creating a high-quality living aesthetic. At the same time, the storage cabinet also serves as a partition to avoid the embarrassment of being able to directly see the living area from the entrance.

The master bedroom is dominated by linear elements. The soft-padded headboard wall is full of security, and the unique chandeliers on both sides of the bed make the interior more design-oriented. The round marble element at the end of the bed makes the space more interesting, and the sofa seats and side tables have a more leisurely atmosphere.

The overall space of the master bathroom is simple and bright. The double washbasin design makes daily use more convenient. The marble elements in the bathing area echo the wall of the entrance, and the uneven color blocks show a unique messy beauty.

The study is located on one side of the living room. It is not too big, but it is big enough to accommodate desks, sofas and other furniture. The designer has left enough storage space on the wall so that the owner can place a large number of books.

The other bathroom is smaller, but the bright space design and reasonable area division do not affect normal use. The orange chandelier and washbasin add interest to the space, leaving a stunning touch in this minimalist space.
