On August 10, the new Hunan "Smart Eyes" content security intelligent risk control platform was officially launched. The platform is an important scientific research result of the Hunan Daily Media Convergence Content Perception and Security Laboratory, Academician Fang Binxing's workstation, and the School of Computer Science of the National University of Defense Technology. It was jointly created by the Hunan Daily and Hunan Wendun Information Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2022, Fang Binxing, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, came to Hunan Daily for the first time to guide the construction of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Media Convergence Content Perception and Security. Two years later, Fang Binxing was pleasantly surprised to see the official launch of the new Hunan "Smart Eyes" content risk control platform. "This is the result of Hunan Daily's efforts to adhere to the main responsibilities and main business of the media, anchor the rigid needs of the official media's ideological security, and continuously improve and upgrade the content security risk control field." At the seminar, Fang Binxing put forward three thoughts on the risk control system.
In the modern information age, demand is the core of software development. Fang Binxing mentioned that, unlike the previous development model, the current software production demand is consistent throughout. In the field of content risk control, the media should provide continuous data support for products, transform user needs into product functions, promote continuous iteration and update of products, and maintain the market competitiveness of products.
Tightly coupled and open to the outside world. The "Zhimou" content security intelligent risk control platform is a risk control system built based on the news production process and work model of Hunan Daily. In order to promote risk control products to more fields, Fang Binxing emphasized the need for openness with boundaries. "In the next step, developers should explore the balance between tight coupling and openness, so that companies in other fields with risk control needs can also enjoy this technology."
The risk control system needs a big model, and the big model also needs risk control. Fang Binxing proposed a new idea, which is to use the risk control system to check the big model while training the data. "It's like building a firewall for the big model. With this idea, our risk control system may be able to take a new path." Fang Binxing said.
