According to Bloomberg, Chinese autonomous driving technology companiesWeRide(WeRide)Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC)Submitted IPO documents, seeking to be listed on Nasdaq, and plans to seek up to US$400 million in initial public offering and simultaneous private placement in the United States.

According to people familiar with the matter,WeRideIt is currently seeking to raise approximately US$119.36 million in the IPO and approximately US$200 million to US$300 million in a placement.
