On August 9, the 2024 "Maker China" Beijing Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the Yanqing District Selection Competition of the "Maker Beijing 2024" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition came to a successful conclusion. This selection competition has two tracks, the enterprise group and the maker group, attracting a total of 26 high-quality projects to compete on the same stage, building a stage for displaying innovative achievements and exchanging entrepreneurial experiences.
The selection competition adopts the "7+2" mode, that is, each project has 7 minutes of roadshow presentation time and 2 minutes of judges' questions and comments. The atmosphere on the scene was warm, and the contestants demonstrated the innovative highlights and core advantages of their respective projects in cutting-edge fields such as drones, big health, big information, artificial intelligence, and new energy. Five senior expert judges from the biomedicine, information technology, and intelligent manufacturing industries conducted strict evaluations from the aspects of social value, business model, employment driving effect, and industrial development potential, and finally decided the rankings. Among them, the "Easy Laboratory" project of Beijing Zhongke Haodian Technology Co., Ltd. won the first prize in the enterprise group; the "Smart Carbon Future" project won the first prize in the maker group.
Based on the Yanqing District-level selection, Beijing Zhongke Haodian Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Oak Deer Technology Co., Ltd., and Flying Intelligent Control (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. in the enterprise group and Zhitan Future, Juyang CNC, and Light and Shadow Spider in the maker group advanced to the city-level selection. For these outstanding projects, Yanqing District will increase financial policy support and publicity and promotion efforts, and give priority support on the premise of meeting the policies of promoting employment benefits, entering the park, entrepreneurship guidance, entrepreneurship guarantee loans, and financing docking.
