As the official table at this year's Paris Olympics, the "color-changing" rainbow table has attracted much attention since its debut. Its overall color is mainly black, and pink and purple elements are added according to the requirements of the Paris Olympic Committee. At the same time, "PARIS 2024" and the five-ring logo are also embossed for the first time to highlight the temperament of Paris as an art capital.

The "Rainbow" table, which has witnessed the Chinese table tennis team win four gold medals at the Paris Olympics, adopts an extremely ingenious arch design and boldly adopts the structural principles of traditional Chinese arch bridges. It is like a "rainbow". It not only gets rid of the impression that the table is stable and conservative in the steel pipe era, but also breaks through the straight-line model of table tennis tables that has remained unchanged for decades.
According to Jinshan District of Shanghai, DHS has become the first Chinese sports brand to enter the Olympic Games since the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. This year is the seventh time that the brand has provided competition tables for the Olympic Games. In fact, the "Rainbow" table has a deep connection with Paris. The first World Table Tennis Championships where the rainbow-shaped table appeared was the 2003 Paris World Table Tennis Championships. After more than 20 years, the "Rainbow" table has returned to the Paris Olympic Games. It is worth mentioning that the "Rainbow" table that attracted people's attention at the Paris Olympic Games also uses a self-contained chip RGB LED variable lighting system. Through a mobile phone or remote control device, the lighting change mode (brightness and color) can be remotely controlled to present the seven colors of the rainbow and create a unique competition atmosphere.
This "color-changing" rainbow table was developed by the Shanghai DHS team in a year and a half using the latest technology. The surface of the table is specially treated with polymers and feels as smooth as ice. At the same time, the R&D team also conducted comparative tests on different tables, worked closely with the International Table Tennis Federation, and invited athletes from around the world to conduct tests. For example, to prevent players from bumping into each other during the game, the three-dimensional logo is treated with a sharpening and smoothing process.
