It integrates leisure and vacation, conferences and exhibitions, and health care. In September 2020, Shandong Mobile took the lead in opening a 5G network on the island, becoming the first island in Shandong to open a 5G network. In May this year, Shandong Mobile completed the province's first 5G-A communication perception integrated technology pilot on offshore islands on Tianheng Island, successfully realizing the precise detection of ships in the channel of the target sea area of Tianheng Island, and obtaining real-time information such as sea surface ship positioning, speed reporting, track tracking, and illegal intrusion of electronic fences, providing more advanced and accurate means of protection for channel management and ship operations.
Shandong Mobile's three-dimensional island coverage network adopts 2.6G+700M dual-frequency networking technology.
