Individual consumers who purchase new passenger cars (including fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles) in Xining will receive a one-time subsidy of 3,000 yuan for a purchase price of 50,000 yuan (inclusive) to 100,000 yuan (exclusive); a one-time subsidy of 4,000 yuan for a purchase price of 100,000 yuan (inclusive) to 200,000 yuan (exclusive); and a one-time subsidy of 5,000 yuan for a purchase price of 200,000 yuan (inclusive) or more.
On this basis, in accordance with the principle of "government subsidies, platform subsidies, corporate concessions, and financial assistance", preferential measures can also be added. Starting from September 1, the municipal government will coordinate 2.5 million yuan to issue oil-vehicle linkage oil coupons. For home appliance replacement,Consumers who purchase 8 types of household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, computers, water heaters, household stoves, and range hoods that meet the energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of Level 1 and Level 2; and consumers who purchase 8 types of household appliances such as wall-mounted boilers, smart door locks, sweeping robots, air purifiers, rice cookers, microwave ovens, induction cookers, and water purifiers that meet the energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of Level 1 and Level 2 can enjoy the national policy of 20% and 15% of the actual amount of subsidies for energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of Level 1 and Level 2. On this basis, other preferential measures can also be superimposed, such as free coupons of up to "40 yuan off for purchases over 200 yuan" in the Cloud QuickPass App when the municipal government and UnionPay cooperate to issue consumer coupons for all categories in the second half of the year.
