The theme of the 2024 Huayun Audiovisual Conference is "Gathering Strength in Culture and Tourism, Empowering Audiovisual". First of all, focusing on the cross-border integration of the audiovisual industry to empower urban industry and humanities, two audiovisual industry activities, "2024 Audiovisual Industry Cross-border Integration Development Conference" and "Micro-short Drama Empowering Urban Industry and Humanities Development Seminar and Matchmaking Conference", are specially planned. Foshan's audio-visual industry is booming

Currently, Foshan has two major film and television studios, Nanhai Film and Television City and Guoyi Film and Television City, and more than a dozen shooting bases of various types. Foshan companies have produced a total of about 300 online movies and online dramas, more than 250 of which have been launched online, and about 100 online movies have a single box office of more than 10 million yuan, with a cumulative box office of about 3 billion yuan. "Chinese Flying Man" and "Donkey Climbing the Tree 2" were rated as the annual outstanding online audiovisual works of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. In 2023, the box office revenue of online movies, online dramas, and short dramas produced by Foshan companies will be about 320 million yuan.
