Fast Technology reported on August 8 that today, MediaTek officially released the new generation processor Helio G100, which is a new 4G platform created by MediaTek for thousand-yuan models.

It is reported that MediaTek Helio G100 is built based on TSMC's 6nm process and has an eight-core CPU, including 2 2.2GHz Arm Cortex-A76 and 6 2.0GHz Arm Cortex-A55 cores, and integrated Mali-G57 MC2.

In addition, Helio G100 supports up to 200 million pixel cameras, a maximum resolution of 2520×1080, a high refresh rate of 120Hz, LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 flash memory.

In terms of network, the Helio G100 chip brings "elevator mode", in which users can quickly restore cellular connection when coming out of environments without network coverage such as tunnels or elevators.

It is worth noting that Helio G100 is equipped with MediaTek HyperEngine game engine and has MediaTek's exclusive MediaTek game adaptive control technology, which can more intelligently and reasonably schedule system resources, reduce power consumption and improve battery life, so that players do not have to worry about the battery life of their mobile phones when playing top mobile games with increasingly high loads.
