Recently, a Cover News reporter learned from relevant channels that Audi's new electric vehicle series developed for the Chinese domestic market will no longer use its traditional "four-ring" logo, but will adopt a new logo.
Regarding this information, Cover News learned from relevant channels that "this news is reported everywhere, but everything is subject to Audi's official response. At the same time, the person also revealed that relevant information is expected to be announced at the end of this year or early next year."
According to the data, after signing a memorandum of understanding on deepening strategic cooperation in July 2023, SAIC Motor and Audi formally signed a cooperation agreement on May 20 this year, and the joint development of the Advanced Digitized Platform was officially launched. It is worth mentioning that thanks to the new cooperation model, the two parties have integrated their advantageous resources, improved R&D efficiency, optimized development processes, and accelerated R&D speed, shortening the launch time of Advanced Digitized Platform models by more than 30%.
According to the plan, by 2030, the two parties will jointly develop nine new luxury smart electric vehicles for SAIC Audi, covering the B-class and C-class markets. The first product is expected to be launched in 2025.
