"My idol is Pan Zhanle! I want to learn his super aerobic ability." This time, we met a "young player" Qin Ruoqi who was undergoing professional swimming training.
Qin Ruoqi, 10 years old this year, has broad shoulders, long arms and a tall stature. He got into swimming because he was afraid of water when he was a child and his parents wanted him to master survival skills. No one expected that he would be selected by the coach for his outstanding performance and began professional training.
In the past six years of swimming, except when he was sick, Qin Ruoqi spent almost 360 days out of 365 days a year in the water, swimming more than 10,000 meters every day. Compared with other children, he has no time to sleep in or have fun during holidays. But he said, "I don't feel tired. Only by training hard can I achieve good results. I want to be the 'successor' of the Chinese swimming team in the future."
During the summer vacation, Qin Ruoqi and his mother came from their hometown of Shaoxing to Hangzhou Chen Jinglun Sports School for swimming training. He proudly told reporters that during this training, his 200-meter individual medley performance improved by a full 6 seconds! So far, he has participated in many events such as the Zhejiang Youth Sunshine Sports Swimming Competition and the Shaoxing Youth Swimming Championships, and won more than a dozen gold medals.
Qin Ruoqi followed the swimming events in this Olympics throughout. He cheered for Pan Zhanle's 100-meter freestyle world record-breaking performance, and was also moved by Zhang Yufei's bronze medal despite having a fever. The spirit of fighting tenaciously and striving to be the best has been deeply engraved in little Ruoqi's heart.
In front of our shop, he carefully selected and was particularly fond of the scroll with the words "Inherit the Olympics, Create Glory". Perhaps in his little mind, he was dreaming of appearing in the Olympic arena in the future and winning glory for his country.

"The Olympics brings us not only competition and winning or losing, but also the spiritual guidance behind it." Luo Ruiqi, who came from Chengdu, Sichuan and had just finished the college entrance examination, said when she came to the shop.
She said that many athletes in Paris were disappointed because they failed to win gold medals. On the other hand, Zheng Haohao, the youngest skateboarder in the Chinese sports delegation, only set her goal to enter the top 16. She said that it didn't matter if she didn't make it, she would just treat it as making friends in Paris. Behind the competition and winning or losing, there is love and freedom!
"This gave me a lot to think about. When I chose my major after the college entrance examination this year, I no longer considered so many factors." Luo Ruiqi said frankly, "Whether you are an athlete or choose a certain major or career, you will face many difficulties. So we should do what we like and then bravely work hard for it! This is what the Olympics and competitive sports have brought me."
In the Olympic arena, a swing of the racket, an arrival, a roar, a bit of encouragement, perseverance and breakthrough, have brought more insights to the hearts of countless people.
The Olympic Games are in full swing, and our stalls are still open. This week is the Chinese Valentine's Day, and this year's Olympic Games also had romantic scenes such as Liu Yuchen proposing to Huang Yaqiong. On August 6, the "Olympic Story Collection" stall will open the Chinese Valentine's Day mode in advance. We have specially prepared 999 roses for everyone. You can patronize the stall and share this romance together.
